How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free on the website la-salopette.fr (0€).

When will I receive my order? Your order is shipped within 1 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 6 to 7 business days worldwide. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 30 days, we will fully refund you. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

Who delivers my item? Your items are delivered through your local postal service.

What are the delivery hours? Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.

In case the package is not delivered... Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office where you can pick it up. You will be alerted by your local post office to retrieve your property as soon as possible. If, however, the item never reaches its destination, La Salopette commits to fully refund the order amount.

What to do in case of an address error? No problem! If your order has not yet been sent, please contact us immediately at the address: contact@la-salopette.fr, and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made. You will need to contact the nearest local distribution center directly.

Items are missing from my order, what should I do? Our products can be shipped separately according to your order. The rest of the order will likely arrive soon. So, don't worry if you receive one before the other. In the event that, for any reason, the order could not be completed, La Salopette commits to refund one or more items.
